Fees for a Guardianship in Dallas County

Uncontested Guardianship of the Person Only that meet the Duran Firm requirements for a fixed fee.

The Dallas County Clerk regularly contests requests to waive fees. Therefore, when submitting an affidavit of inability to pay costs, it is always best to attach supporting documents that demonstrate an inability to pay costs. Attorney's and Paralegal's Fees will be charged on an hourly basis. The current rates for such fees are as follows: Attorney's Fees (per hour) Paralegal's Fees (per hour) Our minimum retainer for such matters is $5,000, unless the matter is uncontested and we can be assured that we will be able to obtain our fees from the guardianship estate.
