Attorney's and Paralegal's Fees will be charged on an hourly basis. The current rates for such fees are as follows: Attorney's Fees (per hour) Paralegal's Fees (per hour) Our minimum retainer for such matters is $5,000, unless the matter is uncontested and we can be assured that we will be able to obtain our fees from the guardianship estate.
