* The Judge of the Collin County Probate Court will waive all court costs and attorney ad litem fees if the Ward is without an estate. This means the Ward must have less than $2,000 in assets.

Attorney's and Paralegal's Fees will be charged on an hourly basis. The current rates for such fees are as follows:

Our minimum retainer for such matters is $5,000, unless the matter is uncontested and we can be assured that we will be able to obtain our fees from the guardianship estate.
