Furthermore, the Denton County Clerk regularly challenges pauper's affidavits. If the County challenges your affidavit, you will be charged for our time in responding to the challenge.

Guardianship of the Person and Estate, Contested Matters, or guardianships that do not meet the Duran Firm requirements for a fixed fee.

Attorney's and Paralegal's Fees will be charged on an hourly basis. The current rates for such fees are as follows:
